For heirloom pieces that you ship to us, we offer gold credit for any unused metal you have. We can give an estimate of the gold credit when we weigh out your pieces and it will be calculated at the gold market price at the time we take your pieces apart.

A $500 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your custom project. This deposit will be applied toward the final total. Once the design is selected and the CAD renderings are completed, we’ll calculate the hard costs to determine the final price. The remaining balance will be due before delivery. Please note that once production begins, it will take a minimum of 8 weeks to complete your custom piece. We will notify you when your piece is ready, and the final balance will be due at that time.
